James Ernest Robey

Chairman of Kearsley Urban District Council: 1938-39

At his election Councillor Robey said he was the third member of the Robey family who had sat on the Council, having followed in the footsteps of his uncle, Mr W Robey and his father but he had gone one step further than them in being appointed Chairman.
